Amina and Esnad have been building custom homes in the Cedar Valley since 2012. Quality and affordability is our top priority. When you build with us, you will have a one of a kind, exceptional quality home that fits into your budget.

Through our conversation we will get a sense of your style and needs so we can come up with a design concept for your home.

> Our home is a split-level ranch circa 1976 and we bought it primarily because we loved the lot and location. Given the modest stature of our dated home, we knew it would take creative expertise to transform the space. After a brief walk-through and a few long conversations, we collected photos of the color and aesthetic feeling we wanted, and Amina Design Co. took it from there. They walked us through the process, created the blueprints, and formed a cohesive interior design plan that gave us significantly more usable space.

The best part of the experience for us was that the Dream Homes team—truly "the Dream Team"—were meticulous about their work from beginning to end.
> During construction, they uncovered some hidden structural issues that needed to be brought up to code. They handled it flawlessly and were absolutely meticulous about the details. Everything is now safe, up to code, and beautifully executed. We love every single detail of our "new" home and highly recommend this incredible team!
