We still loved our home, but it was tired and the kitchen and bathrooms were outdated. I met with Bryan back in the Fall armed with a fistful of magazine clippings which I had been collecting for years. Bryan helped me to visualize my dreams, presenting me with two budgets to choose from to actualize our project. He was patient throughout the whole process, helping me choose finishes, colours and even appliances and then oversaw the whole project while we were still out of town. I came home to a kitchen that was more wonderful that I could ever have imagined and all the work that was done in the house (painting, refinishing hardwood floors, changing of hardware, partial update of bathrooms) was done to the highest standards. Yes, there were a couple of little issues that needed to be dealt with afterwards but Bryan had his trades come in and everything was dealt with in a timely manner. Bryan was always respectful of our tastes and our wishes and he was always in communication about even the smallest issues. In my research I've read of budget over runs, and the only thing that was over budget was when they tore out the bathroom drywall and they found mold; of course, I wanted that dealt with properly. And yes, there is a design fee involved but Bryan and his team were worth it. We're so happy with the end result. Thank you!
