I had problems from start to finish, you name it .... communication, scheduling, design, elevation, stone, electrical, gas requirements, the right hand doesn't know the left hand at BP, horrible communication. However one thing Barrington pools is very good at is the money, they don't miss a beat. Even if they make a mistake. they wanted to charge me an addition $30k for a mistake or they weren't going to finish my pool. we agreed to $ 18k and they finished my pool. After all that was said and done, I reached out to BP with a frustrating email outlining my entire pool project. NOT one person responded to me in anyway....
