Allentuck's designers provided a thoughtful solution and we decided to replace all of the front plantings in addition to having the drainage corrected. I was concerned about new plantings being able to handle the cold weather this winter but I am thrilled to see that the plants are all very healthy this spring and flourishing. It's a gorgeous sight! Bruce and his team were prompt, answered my questions throughout the process, and provided valuable insights into the design. The small increase from the cheapest seems insignificant compared with the excellence and customer service Allentuck provided. Jackie Berger A: Hi Jackie. I am not sure where they came from. They were already in place when started caring for this landscape. Google Bronze Garden Statues. There are a lot of suppliers available. **Q: Laid Sod vs. Artificial Turf** *(in Polls)* Recently we asked if low maintenance gardens or high maintenance gardens were preferred. The results showed that the majority would prefer to have the low maintenance gardens. Is artificial turf preferred also to limit the time spent in the garden? A: I can understand using artificial turf in arid areas where water supply is an issue but real grass is also important for its water filtering and cooling abilities.
