His work is impeccable and all of his subcontractors exceeded my expectations. I have hired them repeatedly and have no intention of stopping. > > Josh and I went over a list of things that my previous contractor had convinced me were necessary, and he declared most of them were not and gave me cheaper alternatives to fixing issues. As he worked, he was able to call out things that would need fixed and give me timelines on what might happen and when so I could prioritize when to do which projects.
