We were extremely disappointed at almost every aspect of the engagement including project management and oversight, customer service, communication and issue resolution, incorrect sizing of pieces based on space as well as poor product quality. We actually elected to finish the project on our own without ‘professional’ help. Their project, like so many others, experienced delays in the midst of Covid 19. These unforeseen circumstances caused delays in shipments due to either materials not being available or Covid 19 outbreaks in the manufacturing plants.
