After creating a great renovation design that suited my needs, they followed through in construction with a couple of minor surprises we came up with the existing house!

**Q: Window Above Tub and Water Closet** *(in Photo Questions)*

I saw in your drawings that the window above the Tub is a 5036.  Could you tell me the style and manufacturer of this window?  Also the 2030 window in the water closet?

A: The windows are from Eagle Window and Door.  They are wood windows with a metal clad exterior.  The grids are 7/8" horizontal and 5/8" vertical.  All the windows throughout the house were new replacement windows.  Both this one and in the water closet were casement windows.

**Q: chandelier ideas** *(in Home Decorating)*

Hi, 
Please help me with what chandelier goes best here. I bought this pottery barn one because I had decision fatigue and it was a “open floor item” so I got it at a steal. I really want to replace because I don’t love the style and think it’s a bit small for the space. Would the “darlana” look work here? I’m open to anything, I lean more traditional because it’s safe but then don’t like it 🤣 the rest of my house is Coastal  transitional I would say. help please! Thank you!

A: I do like the fixture you have, but think it may be a bit more formal than the rest of the room.  I would do a rectangular fixture in a darker color (black or oil rubbed bronze).  Something that will stop the eye. Here are a couple of examples:

A: Thank you.  I would call this a transitional style.  It is a mix of traditional elements but composed in a clean, simple way.

**Q: Are the mirror's and sinks off center?** *(in Photo Questions)*

Beautiful bathroom! How did you get the mirrors and sinks to look centered with this configuration?  Or is the wood work behind the sconces wider on each side?

A: Thank you for the compliment.  The mirrors are centered on the sink/sink cabinet.  The perspective of the photo makes them look off center. The wood panels behind the sconces are all equal and match the cabinetry widths below (i.e., two skinny cabinets and drawers in base cabinet match wood panel widths).

A: The finish is polished nickel.
