> I placed an order (Glass Bowl Pet Feeder) from Clear Home Design on August 18 and did not receive it until a month later (September 19).  It was smaller than I anticipated and not what I was expecting. Per their policy, I sent an email to Customer Service to initiate the return. I also called and left a voice message requesting to return the item. I received no response.

> After several weeks, I placed a claim with my credit card company for return protection on the product. I finally received a response to my email from Clear Home Design that same day. Tracey emailed me directly regarding my return and mentioned that there is a 25% restocking fee. I requested for the fee to be waived since I didn't see the restocking fee on the website previously (I know there were changes to the website or it was down recently because in the few weeks that I didn't receive a response, I was reviewing the website for my options).  In my email exchange, Tracey indicated "I will waive the restocking fee and once we get the item back, we will inspect and then process your full refund".  I followed up today regarding my refund and I was surprised to hear that a $25 shipping fee was now being deducted from my refund. I paid for the return shipping of the product. Don't trust this company. They will ignore you and nickel and dime you every chance they get. There are better options with quality customer service out there!

> I ordered a custom neon waterfall desk and 3 free-floating storage cubes.  My order was delayed by 4 weeks and while that was upsetting the company did update me with each delay.  The owner Tracy reached out and offered a small discount for the long, unexpected wait.  Honestly with the delay I thought I would not want to order from them again, but they did make up for it.  The quality of the desk and the cubes was really good.  I have since purchased another order for a custom vanity stool that is set to arrive in the next week, thankfully no delays on this one.  Can't wait to see my new stool!  I suggest giving this company a shot first experience not so great but my new order, no problems so far.

> I cannot recommend this company enough!!!!!! I reached out to Clear Home Design to request a custom side table for my very, very tiny living room in NYC. I was very specific on what I needed and Clear Home Design delivered on it exactly. I was able to communicate with the owner of the company directly and work out the details together. After many phone calls and emails (we're both very detail-oriented, clearly) we landed on a design and they got to work. They kept me in the loop every step of the way (sending pictures of the production!!!) from start to finish. It was delivered to me well packaged and EXACTLY how I envisioned it and how we discussed. Every question I had was answered (if not by the owner herself, then by her awesome customer service team - especially Michelle) and in the end I got the piece I dreamed of that will work perfectly and functionally in my small space. I will be a customer for life!

> DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!  I would give it no stars if I could. So disappointed to finally receive our nightstands (cost almost $2500!) and one is damaged.  The other just barely closes.  The draws will not close and the sliding mechanism on both sides is not working.  Both are so poorly made and not worth anything.  Customer service is a joke. You can't call anyone and you get automated responses. It's been a month and still nothing! Scratches and marks on the wood and the legs came only with screws to be drilled directly into the wood with no bolts or nuts to support the weight.  As soon as you put the screws in, the wood will split under the weight of the nightstands.  Never buy anything from this scam company!

> We ordered a vanity stool on wheels for $899, however we ordered for the wrong height. They have 2 on line and one is 20" and the other is 24". We wanted to exchange it for the right height, said of course that we would pay all the shipping expenses but were told that they don't do any returns or exchanges! We explained that it doesn't state that anywhere on line and they said that it's their policy!

> I would provide this company with a negative star rating if I could.   I purchased book ends through their site as a gift .  They arrived nearly a month later, absolutely shattered. I emailed customer service right away with photos asking for a refund.  I was told that they would not refund me and are checking with the company to see about getting a replacement (which I do not want).  I have never heard back despite emailing to follow-up   This is the first time that I feel scammed purchasing something on line.  I have lost hundreds of dollars.
