**★★★★★ — Current Concepts Home Automation, Jan. 2016**

> We recently completed a house renovation and home theater project using Raphael Architects’ design and plans. The attention to details and documentation listed on the plans made our job much easier. Michael even detailed a custom Audio/Video cabinet with ventilation space so the equipment would not over heat.
>
> The communications with the Michael and his staff was always very professional and they were punctual with their solutions or responses to our requests. We look forward to working on another project with Michael and Raphael Architects.

**★★★★★ — Debbie Callaghan, Dec. 2015**

> Mike and his team were outstanding to work with. They kept our project moving along, provided regular updates and stayed on top of all the moving pieces. They were always available for questions and patiently educated us on many aspects of the build. I highly recommend Raphael Architects and would readily use them again.

**Comment from Raphael Architects:**

> Very proud of how the project progressed and with the end result. Love to work with you again!

**★★★★★ — ghill64, April 2015**

> Raphael Architects were very easy to work with. They "get" the idea that the architectural firm and the Custom Audio / Video company need to work closely to make sure that the clients wants and desires are met in-budget and on time. Any issues that arose during the project installation were worked out together so that the clients wants came first. There was an issue with the cove lighting in the theater as originally designed (what the client wanted at that time) and when the client changed his mind to LED color changing cove lighting, this was worked out without a hitch, including redrawing of the plans.

**★★★★★ — winterfresh548, April 2015**

> Very professional - loved how personalized the plan for my house was. I was updated regarding the plan for my house every step of the way and given options to pick from. I would definitely recommend them!

**★★★★★ — 100columbus, Jan. 2014**

> We hired Mike to make the plans for the renovation of our kitchen and bathrooms for our over-200 year old house. He was wonderful to work with - extremely efficient and quick to respond as well as pleasant and easy to discuss ideas with. We love the plans and are eager to put them to use this year! Mike did what he said he would do on time and with a great attitude.

**★★★★★ — lboy27282, Nov. 2013**

> Mike did a new kitchen and a two story extension on our 1860's brick Georgian home. We wanted a large, high-functioning gourmet kitchen with high-end appliances and finishes that would open up to the patio and garden behind, while keeping true to the historic character of the house and matching the original style and trim both inside and out. We entertain small and large groups in the house, and wanted the kitchen and outdoor patio to be a focal point for gatherings. My wife is an avid cook and often invites other cooks into her kitchen, and our large extended family gatherings include many enthusiastic cooks, so the kitchen also needed to to allow several cooks to work at once while still being part of a larger gathering. Along with the design challenges, opening the addition to the kitchen of the 1860's home posed significant structural challenges. Because of the location and history of the house, the plans and project would draw close scrutiny from the historic area review board. Mike did a great job of working with us and with the contractors, and with preparing for the historical board meetings. We live and entertain in the addition and it has exceeded everyone's expectations.

**Comment from Raphael Architects:**

> Thank you for your kind words! Great client's to work with.

**★★★★★ — Janiczek Homes, Sept. 2013**

> Raphael Architects provided the architectural drawings for a residence in Doylestown, Pa. for which Janiczek Homes was the general contractor. We were impressed by their creativity in design, attention to detail and knowledge of green building in which we share a common interest. Raphael Architects was a great fit for our team and we would recommend them to our clients. We look forward to working with Raphael Architects on a future project.

**Comment from Raphael Architects:**

> It was great working with you on this project. I hope there are many more to collaborate on.

**★★★★★ — John Gehri Zerrer, Sept. 2013**

> Mike and I have worked on a few projects together. His designs and knowledge of construction makes him one of the best Architects I've worked with. Mike encourages collaboration between himself, the Contractors and Owners so all perspectives are considered. He's also a really nice guy and fun to work with. I recommend him all the time.

**★★★★★ — machined, Dec. 2012**

> My wife and I selected Mike to help design an addition to our house that was very involved and constantly changing.
> Mike was very patient in listening to our ideas and then converted them into what we believe to be a terrific plan with fantastic results.
> We look forward to working with Mike again in the future and would recommend him to anyone looking for Architectural help.

**Comment from Raphael Architects:**

> Great client's to work. Looking forward to working with you again.

**★★★★★ — DBR Construction Consulting, Oct. 2012**

> This is in reference to Michael Raphael Architect AIA. I have know and worked with Mike for more than twenty years and on many different types of projects. Many architectural firms that I have worked with over the last 30 years in business have left a lot to be desired. I have always enjoyed the team work that is established between the customer, architect and builder on projects with Mike’s firm. One of my favorite projects was an extensive whole house renovation and addition project in Lederach, PA. Everything in the design had to relate to the customer’s extensive art collection and it did.
>
> Mike is not only able to imagine the design of a project, express it through the use of CAD drawings, but also able and willing to stay involved with all the required attention to details to bring it to completion. This project would ultimately win my company the 2003 COTY (Contract of the Year) award for Residential Additions over $250,000.00, as recognized by NARI (National Association of the Remodeler Industry). An award winning project like this requires an excellent design along with quality work, Mike’s design and attention to detail made this all possible.
>
> Along with that project, we have worked together on many numerous projects of all types and price ranges. Although each of these projects is unique, they all have that same attention to careful design and a selection of creative materials. Mike Raphael is an asset to all projects he is involved with and I look forward to many more to come.
>
> Sincerely,
