A: Cabinets were a custom grey base with dark chocolate glaze and burnished edges.

A: They are custom cabinets by Hollands cabinets - custom Alder wood grey base with dark chocolate glaze and burnished edges. Hope that helps!

is the flooring cognac wire brushed? I am having such a difficult time finding a photo. This is lovely would you mind sharing the color and finish?

A: The flooring is 3/4"x7"x random length engineered Teak with a 2 part wood bleach application and then sand and finished Natural with 3 coats of clear finish

A: Hi Tom, the house is 1,550 sf with a 440 sf carport and a 90 sf play room/office that can be accessed from a bridge! The architect did an amazing job of maximizing the livable space on the small lot.

A: Hi Lisa, 
The tile for the backsplash is USI Tabard 4x8 off white with USI Tabard 3/4" x 4" trim pieces also in off white. The cooktop accent tile is USI Tabard 7 5/8" x 7 5/8" Nord 7 Deco.
