No problems until now. Just received an inspection report that noted mold due to improper roof ventilation. Checked the warranty and guess what? That's right ventilation is excluded. Read the fine print. Now I have to spend $4,000 to abate mold and fix roof ventilation. **Comment from Interlock Metal Roofing:** > Hi David, I spoke with Rolland our Installations Manager in the PNW today. He said mentioned that you read our online warranty and assumed our warranty wouldn't cover the ventilation damages to your home. After getting quotes from half a dozen conventional roofers who have all been in business over 30 years we included a quote from the best metal roofing company we could find...and that company happened to be Canadian, in business for 40 plus years, design, engineer, manufacturer, and train their own installers. The product they offer is not only superior in our minds buts virtually lasts far longer than any of their competitors. In addition...the product is lightweight, conventionaly indestructible, provides added noise reduction, is economical in the long term and has the added bonus of looking spectacular...and apparently the look does not degrade over time.
