Maria was able to work with our contractor to complete the bathrooms in a timely manner (some delay’s but that’s to be expected). The bathrooms are gorgeous and very functional, which was important to us. She took care of master plan as well as small details. She went extra mile to find solutions that work both esthetically and budget-wise. Where I was not sure or did not know what to do, she tactfully proposed options. Just one example: my dining room had difficult floor layout - half marble, half wood - which had to be changed. Maria spent a lot of effort trying to find a match for old marble. When all options were exhausted, the solution was found in extending wood area in pretty non-trivial manner. And it worked wonders - I have now the best of both worlds. > Few words on budget management - I can't imagine anyone who would take better care of allocations, resources and costs.
