We had a sunken living room which was extremely hazardous and left little space to walk to the bedrooms safely. There was also not enough room for my mother to enter her bathroom and there was a lip to step over to the shower. Susan met with me to plan the necessary changes and hired a contractor to complete the work. Susan was a pleasure to work with in every way. She showed great concern for the needs of my family and exceptional skill and experience in home modification. She oversaw the work throughout the project, making sure it was done correctly and in a timely fashion. When the contractors fell behind schedule, she understood how important it was for my family to get into our home and she pushed things along, without sacrificing the quality of workmanship. The quality of work was outstanding. Susan knew the best places to purchase tiles which would match closely to those already in my home and the tile work exceeded my expectations. We are so happy with the outcome and it was such a pleasure working with someone who really cares about her clients and their homes.
