> Roy has worked on several projects for us and just finished our guest bathroom. This job involved more than the standard shower/counter/tile replacement and his work was careful and precise. Roy was also extremely helpful in coming up with the clean, modern design.

> After a successful kitchen renovation with Roy, we hired him to completely remodel our master bathroom. Roy once again delivered a terrific result. He created a design that was a perfect match to the space and our style. His craftsmanship is impeccable, and we will gladly remain repeat customers.

**★★★★★ — Lindsay Buckley, March 2017**

> We hired Roy to completely remodel our fabulous 50's bathroom (complete with grimy yellow tile everywhere). He gave us a a work of art in return. It looks expensive, but didn't go a penny over our modest budget. Roy is always on time, he communicates well, he is clean (meticulous, in fact), but above all, is is a master at what he does. We would (and will) work with him again for future projects. You will not regret your choice to work with Roy and Core Home Solutions for your next project.

He has great taste and works to suit the design and finishes to your specific needs and budget. We have already hired him to do our master bathroom remodel next.

**★★★★★ — Chris Fox, June 2016**

> Last year, Core Home Solutions remodeled my friend's kitchen and she was very happy with the results. Based on her recommendation (and the evidence of my own eyes after seeing her new kitchen firsthand!), I did not hesitate to hire Roy to remodel my main bathroom. Roy has extensive design and remodeling experience and it shows. He worked with my small budget and got big results. Roy is one of a kind and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Core Home Solutions.

**★★★★★ — Laura Erhart, May 2016**

> Roy has remodeled our kitchen, guest bath, and power room, retiled our laundry room and front entry, and installed railing on our deck. With Roy's design input and attention to detail, each has turned out exactly as we hoped. We highly recommend him.

>
> We will be using him to remodel other parts of our home in the near future.

## Community Q&A

**Q: cabinets info?** *(in Photo Questions)*

Love these cabinets, where are they from/what material/stain color

A: Kraftmaid, check sample doors at Home Depot

**Q: Who makes the chandelier please?** *(in Photo Questions)*

Do you now the manufacturer

A: Oakton bronze by Crate and Barrel

**Q: What is the name of the wall color? Thank you!!** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: Hello Texas, The color is Sherwin Williams (front porch) Hope this helps.

**Q: does the shower head swivel?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: Pictured is a Delta Vero shower head. Yes, it's adjustable.

**Q: Bathroom Vanity Backsplash** *(in Design Dilemma)*

Did I hump this up? should I rip the bottom row of tile and make the BS all accent 6"?

A: Looks like you have not grouted yet. If so, I would recommend white grout. This will give the shower tile a cleaner, more professional look. Also, it looks like you have a marble top which already has subtle movement in it. Other designs and patterns only fight with it. The same material would be appropriate for the backsplash. Use accessories and artwork to add color or focal point. This way you can change as often as you like in the future. Design wise, you always have to be careful adding too many things in a small space. Sometimes less done correctly is more. Have fun.

**Q: what is the name and color of the backsplash?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: We used venatino 3x6 white marble purchased at Lowes/ good quality, looks and price $5.99 per sq. ft, Good Luck
