> WE would work with Bromik again for sure. Kept us informed, no budget surprises, they have a really good design sense and make great recommendations along the way, and they are just plain good people.

**★★★★★ — kirkland\_neighbor, June 2017**

> We started working with Bromik in the very early stages of our house being built. While it is a 'spec' house, Kirby, Mike and the rest of the Bromik team were really great in working with us when we had some requests for changes. They were realistic in what they could deliver, and kept us informed along the way if there were any changes. We are so happy with how our house turned out, the quality and details they added really make it feel custom and it definitely stands out from other new houses that we toured when house shopping. We would highly recommend Bromik to anyone - they are not only great to work with, but deliver a quality product that we continually get compliments on!

> I am an ISA Certified, TRAQ qualified Arborist. I have worked with Mike and Brandon on numerous projects since 2011. I have worked and watched them begin with raw land to finished product.
>
> They invest their high personal qualifications and ethical standards into each individual project. They advocate and negotiate on their clients behalf during each step of the project. They are a pleasure to work with and deliver a gorgeous product. I highly recommend them.

**★★★★★ — kv22, Oct. 2015**

> My husband and I hired Bromik Design Build at the beginning of a very special project for us. They took down my parents 1940's home, where I grew up, and built a beautiful home for us.
>
> It was a very emotional project for us. Throughout the process Bromik owners Mike (architect) and Kirby (general contractor) were so thoughtful and conscious of every detail. Starting with planning the home site around protecting the large Oak tree my Dad painstakingly cared for, pruned and strung white Christmas lights In for over 50 years.
>
> The design was both creative and functional, and the beautiful finished product is something we are so proud of and grateful for. It's both Modern yet warm with Traditional elements. The views are as lovely and protected as they can be in an emerging, ever changing old neighborhood. Every bit of the home is fits our lifestyle and we 'live' in all of it. Two of us most of the time, but easily room for a 'village' when we feel like company and cooking large.
>
> So many truly creative and special, custom design features came about through planning, careful listening and a few surprises. It's an amazing home and we love coming home!
> We love our home and the Bromik team!
>
> Thank you, Katherine and Mike

**★★★★★ — rkoropchak, Oct. 2015**

> We had rejected 2 builders due to trust issues when we found Bromik. Bromik was fair and honest right from the start through the entire project. And they were very helpful with assisting us with design choices for what our vision was as well as clearly explaining what was happening as each stage of the project. They have an impressive skill set that covered all aspects of our construction from helping with the structural engineer to dealing with the city to helping us choose the shade and color of quartz counter to mention just a few examples.

**★★★★★ — TZS Design, Sept. 2015**

> We worked with Bromik as the interior design firm on a beautiful craftsmen home in Sammamish Washington. Mike Benes and his team were a pleasure to work with. During the design phase Mike and his Team were easy to work with and quickly answered all of our questions to make the design process seamless. Bromik was quick to point out the details of the home that would affect the interior layout to ensure the rooms we were designing did not conflict with the homes structure. We also collaborated with Bromik on the layout of the kitchen and bathrooms and the end result looked absolutely spectacular and the Client loves the final design. We found Bromik to be well organized, detail orientated and open to new ideas to truly make the house a home for the Client. Based on our experience we highly recommend Bromik Design & Build for anyone looking for a great architect or design build services and we hope to work with them again soon.

**★★★★★ — Mike Jackson, Jan. 2014**

> Have worked with Bromik on a variety of projects from new construction to remodel over the last few years. They continue to exceed expectations and I'll never work with another contractor.

## Community Q&A

**Q: I have blue, apple green and orange furniture.** *(in Photo Questions)*

With multicolor furniture..should I use a warme or cool white paint?

A: Good question. Depends definitely on a few factors. If you are looking for a pop of contrast to that furniture, I would go cool white. If you are looking to mesh in a bit with the orange, you might consider a warm white. Probably the biggest factor to me that is unknow, is your flooring cool or warm? I would lean to match in with that. Wall colors can contrast furniture and be ok, but when they contrast with floors, it is seen as a bit of a clash you don't want.
Hope this helps in your selection.
Have a great day!!

**Q: Can you tell me what flooring this is** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: Manufacturer: Kentwood
Model/Style: Oak "Brushed Dolphin"

**Q: Media Console** *(in Photo Questions)*

I am interested in purchasing the media console. Is there any website I can access it?

A: The two panels to the right side are drawers, the panels that go under the fireplace are stationary and do not provide storage.

**Q: What kind of stone/brick is used? Is this a full brick or more of a veneer brick?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: This is actually a slate tile that was cut from 12x12 pieces into a running brick style. It was a pretty slate that had a great pattern and finish to it, it had a little metallic fleck in it. It was also a gauged slate, which means the pieces were cut into a consistent thickness.
