I was able to show Bill photos of what I wanted, and he made it happen. The team went "above and beyond" in some areas, such as the moulding around the kitchen sink window. Knowing we'd be adding a tile backsplash at a later date, they cut out space in the moulding for the tiles to easily slide in place.
