She designed our master bedroom and bathroom, which required moving walls, and just about new everything. We moved every piece of plumbing and I had zero reservations given Kristen full reign on the entire space. So down to where each light switch went to the length of the light fixtures, she attended to each detail so thoughtfully. I love the balance of what's beautiful with what's functional. I have so much more storage than I hoped for (she designed an incredible built-in closet system in my master bedroom) but the doors to my new closet are a gorgeous walnut veneer that is beyond stunning to look at. She is so fast with responding to questions, so patient and doesn't get phased at all even when approached by contractors with not the best bedside manner. Her website photos speak to her taste level, but what might not be revealed in photos is that she is so easy to work with in terms of budget. She understood what I was willing to spend more on and where to pull back.
