Besides being one of Branson's premier builders, Thom is highly organized and pays attention to every detail. Thom stays on top of current trends in building and design allowing his clients to make informed decisions concerning their home. **★★★★★ — twingrady, March 2015** > Thom Holman built us our dream home. Landmarc Custom Homes was totally professional and built our home to the way we wanted it designed. > We lived out of town while building and he was in total contact with us weekly and great with sending pictures on how things were developing. He was wonderful with returning phone calls and gave great input to questions we had. I cannot say enough about Thom Holman, he started out our builder that we did not know and became a very dear friend. The home turned out beautiful and it was his expertise on constructing a home that made this happen. **★★★★★ — daandcc, March 2015** > Landmarc homes built our lake home on a very steep lot on Tablerock lake. Aside from the challenges the property provided we were also building from a distance, our residence was out of state. > Thom worked with us through every phase from plan selection, site placement, design and material selection and all the build. He showered us with photos and kept us current on daily progress and issues with conference calls. We flew in for periodic selections and inspections and were always very impressed. He prevented us from several poor design ideas and guided us to the completion of a very beautiful lake home. Landmarc kept on target and projection with cost estimates. > Landmarc is a very ethical, open and honest company. We knew going in that we needed a trusted builder to do this from a distance and toured many of his homes before starting. We never expected to exit the building process with all that trust completely intact. We have a wonderful lake home and are thankful we found Landmarc as our builder. **★★★★★ — Seamless Siding, Roofing & Windows of the Ozarks, March 2015** > We have worked with Thom on various projects over the past 20 years and can say that he builds top quality homes in the Branson area. Thom has a eye for quality and works with integrity. ## Selected projects - [Emerald Pointe Private Residence](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/emerald-pointe-private-residence-pj-vj~968369) - Location: Not specified - Photos: 2 - [Golden Private Residence](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/golden-private-residence-pj-vj~990073) - Location: Not specified - Photos: 13 - [Saddlebrooke Private Residence](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/saddlebrooke-private-residence-pj-vj~990065) - Location: Not specified - Photos: 2 - [Sunset Cove Private Residence](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/sunset-cove-private-residence-pj-vj~990071) - Location: Not specified - Photos: 3 - [Williams Landing Private Residence](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/williams-landing-private-residence-pj-vj~990069) - Location: Not specified - Photos: 1 - [Kissee Mills Private Residence](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/kissee-mills-private-residence-pj-vj~990068) - Location: Not specified - Photos: 1 [See all 6 projects](https://www.houzz.com/professionals/general-contractors/landmarc-homes-pfvwus-pf~721772258) --- *Source: Houzz professional profile.
