Definitely would build with them again! **★ — HU-124181179, Aug. 2018** > (Update July 2018) Horrible!! Avoid this builder!! We finally had some warranty work completed last fall (dry season). We had Campbell Homes send out people to fix the drainage in our yard. With the recent heavy rains this season, we were able to see that fixes did not work and our yard was still flooding and warping our fence line. I called in a warranty work claim and asked for Campbell Homes to please correct the work and to make it right; help us stop the flooding in our yard. They replied that they would not fix the drainage as their intent was only to move the water away from our home. This shows me that they don't take pride in their work and stand behind their warranty. Reminds me of something I would see on DIY shows were contractors just apply a band aid/ quick fix to avoid costs and not take care of their customers. I've never had any luck with their warranty department and over a month of weekend work and money out of our pocket, we fixed it ourselves. From the horrible experience of going back and forth with the vice president and warranty staff... All we wanted was a company to provide a good product and honor their warranty--didn't happen. Scared to see what happens if our roof starts to leak or other things happen within our warranty period. Do yourself a favor and avoid this builder!! > > (August 24, 2017) Since we moved in, we've had a horrible experience with the warranty department. We were shocked to move in and see so many punch list items that needed to be corrected. Since mid May 2017 it has been non stop, phone calls, Emails, harassment from sub contractors to get our discrepancies fixed. A horrible experience that not only we have encountered, but our neighbors have experienced as well. I'm shocked from the price point and expectations I had to find that others are experiencing the same results. I love the sales team and office staff, but I'm very concerned for others that have to worry like us that their home is being quality checked during build in progress by the superintendents and later having to go through a lot of hassle during the final inspection and having to correct punch list items. With all home builds we expected to have a punch list of items to go through, but the experience with the warranty department of this company has been a nightmare...
