I had to return two lights (not inexpensive, by the way) because they were too small for the space we remodeled. Great product, but the return policy is ridiculous. Turns out the "30 day easy return" touted on the website is not so easy after all. On a $390 purchase, it still cost me $35 in return shipping plus a 15% return restocking fee--and that's returning the product well within the return window. But the reason why I write this review is that my electrician accidentally broke one of the fan lights. I tried to find something similar at Home Depot but nothing worked. I contacted WeGotLites and they shipped a new glass light fixture that exactly matched the original at no charge and it arrived quickly. That is fantastic customer service. They also were quick to respond to my question about replacing the light fixture and went the "extra mile" to help me.
