> The install of the landscaping went very well and we added a bit to the total to take care of structural issues around the garden.    In real life the road is rarely straight and the story very short.   We started having issues with plants looking stressed and we were communicating those with Newport Ave but the real problem behind our plantings  didn't reveal themselves till this winter/spring  so we lost a good percentage of the plantings.   While this was tense for a moment, Newport Ave stepped up and replaced the dead plants with similar value plantings and we are happy and the new plants are more suited to our yard and conditions.

> Pretty much the worst experience I've ever had with a business. Had them attempt to do a fairly large job ($10K) and they screwed up almost every facet. Starting with six+ weeks to get the bid to the very last day (and their repeated returns to fix issues) I was shocked at the incompetence. If I wasn't here to oversee the work they'd have spent twice the time repairing their mistakes. Too many issues to list but they really didn't have a clue. Don't waste your time calling them.
