Customer service is just incredible. I finally had to replacer a cabinet (actually only part of the frame had decayed from use) and it was still available with a slight style difference (nobody will notice) and they sent me the old parts to make the newer style look more like mine without charge. I bet I could have repaired the old cabinet with some parts but it was thrown out by well meaning relatives( long story) before I could stop them. . Unfortunately Kitchen Kompact no longer sells direct to the consumer but they referred me to a distributor. My experience with Kitchen Kompact has been amazing.
