Will not return messages. Significant delay in work (26 months). I have a formal Builder's Contract with John Barger where he is to replace the custom impact resistant windows signed by both parties prior to our home closing on April 2018. It has been well over 2 years, with 100+ email correspondence and he has yet to fulfill his end of the contract. Additionally, over the course of 26 months, he has become increasing difficult to get in contact with - often times taking 6-8 weeks to return messages. He absolutely never returns phone calls. The last email correspondence from Mr. Barger was May 2020; I have emailed him almost daily (in addition to phone calls) and he has not responded at all. He has stated numerous times he is working on it and should have an answer "within a week".
