> I purchased 12 of Amerock H55451 hooks.  One came with the screws missing. Their customer service first said I should buy the screws from a local hardware store.  I called again and got a different agent and this time they said they would only send this out if contacted by the retailer (Build.com which is listed as authorized on the Amerock website) .  I understand if this was a major part but for a couple of screws this is unacceptable.  I have had similar situations with other hardware companies like TopKnob, Emtek, etc. and they are always very helpful in sending out the missing parts right away and of course to begin with apologizing for the issue they have caused.  Amerock had a quality control problem in this case which happens but refused to accept that and try to solve it quickly.

**Q: help with choosing cabinet hardware-knobs and pulls!** *(in Remodeling)*

Hi! Need some advice for cabinet hardware. I am doing brushed gold for the color/finish but want to do a mix of pulls and knobs-just unsure where to put the knobs vs. pulls with my layout. Give me your opinions! I'll attach photos of the layout below. Thanks in advance!

A: Hi Heather!  Thank you for your inquiry,  We do not currently offer this product in chrome or polished nickel.   For an Oversized Pull, you may want to take a look at our Highland Ridge Collection and our Bar Pulls.

A: Thank you for your inquiry.  Amerock currently offers a T-knob as part of the Esquire collection.

**Q: how is it installed?** *(in Product Questions)*

A: Thank you for your inquiry.  Below are some tips on installing Amerock products:
Amerock® includes 8-32 x 1" long machine screws with most knobs and pulls because the typical cabinet door or drawer front is 3/4" thick. This screw length should work in most applications. However, if your cabinet doors or drawer fronts are thicker than 3/4", then you will need to use longer screws for mounting. Check the thickness of both a cabinet door and a drawer front in your kitchen, as the thickness dimensions may not be the same. In general, the screw length(s) used should be 1/4" longer than the thickness of your cabinet door or drawer front material. It is not uncommon for some drawers to be constructed with a 3/4" thick front attached to a 3/4" thick drawer box. In this situation, the total drawer thickness is 1-1/2", making a 1-3/4" long screw necessary for mounting. These screws may be purchased from any hardware store. Please note that select hardware sold by Amerock may include metric screws instead of UNC screws.
If you are installing a knob, it is suggested that you create or buy a durable template prior to drilling to mark the mounting hole. This will help to ensure that the knob is positioned properly on the cabinet door or drawer front and that there is the same placement height on every cabinet.

I have one 33" base cabinet and 2 each of a 24" and 18" base cabinet

Amerock does offer this in other sizes.  This is from our Monument Collection.  It is available in 3 3/4" CTC, 5 1/16" CTC, and 6 5/16 CTC.

Is there a matching toilet paper holder in brushed bronze along with this towel holder?  or can this be used as a toilet paper holder as well?
