The plant is Euphorbia cyparissias. Some of it (the part that gets more sun) is in bloom; some of it is just foliage. **Q: Approximately how tall is this border!** *(in Photo Questions)* A: Hi Lisa, I apologize for not responding sooner. One of our staff had inadvertently turned off the notifications so I just received your question today. This is our main long border at Linden Hill Gardens -my retail nursery and destination garden. The mature height in season reaches over eight feet!
