Do not recommend working with this company. Atrocious customer service. Told me to go talk to Home Depot about getting my money back. **★ — Elizabeth Downs, Oct. 2022** > Wish we could leave ZERO stars. This vendor refused to complete a carpet install, after requiring a $350 Asbestos test (1909 basement). They had specs for the floor and pics of the space, instead of inspecting the site to ensure viability of install - they insistent I must get the test - then on install day - installed all tacking strips - left the site and then told me the job could not be done. Installer had to be asked to return and remove the tacking strips - and when they returned - entered the house the the basement entrance that other contractor on site were using - and did not even inform the home owner (me) they were in the home!!! Horrible company! Look elsewhere for quality service and care from and installer!! They also refused to refund the (all clear) inspection fee that they required. His work ethic and professionalism were above reproach. He did the job which was comprised of 4 rooms in one day. His work was outstanding., and we are extremely satisfied. I would not hesitate to recommend him. **★ — Mike Winseck, Jan. 2021** > Hom Solutions is the carpet installer for Home Depot in the Denver area, I cancelled my carpet order with Home Depot because of the horrendous customer service at Hom Solutions. They are the worst! Avoid them like the plague!!!!!! They do not return phone calls. They try to weasel more money out of you for what was supossed to be "free" installation. They suck as a company based on my experience. It has been almost 2 weeks since my first contact with them and I haven't been able to schedule my installation so I cancelled my order. The service reps at Boulder Home Depot have been very understanding but obviously they have no ability to correct Hom Solutions problems! **Comment from HŌM Solutions, Inc.:** > I apologize you had a negative experience. My team was able to locate your project in the system; we also reviewed all inbound/outbound calls (recorded). The "free" installation covers basic labor covering 99% of the majority of carpet installations. There are a small percentage of projects that may require additional labor due to unforeseeable concerns (I will not list publicly at this time). We ordered 5 day carpet through Home Depot on November 20th. It is January 5th and we are still short. > The appointment maker, DJ, picked a date for install without ever asking what would work for us. The only day we were not available was the one chosen. He had the WORST attitude and was more concerned with taking his upcoming vacation than helping out the customer. He then gave us another date. Then canceled and moved the date to after Christmas. > > Then they were SHORT on carpet!! (our walk-in closet is bare.) Blaming Home Depot, they said that they'd call us back. After a long weekend, we called them again and again. Eventually Allison returned my call. She was very helpful and nice and said she'd get the crew out there the following day. (Well done, Allison! Thank you!) They came and WERE SHORT ON CARPET!!! (WTF?) So the installer said they it was Home Depot's fault and that they'd get back to us. He, Miguel, actually followed through will calling us back to tell us that he didnt have any new news and no idea when we can get it installed. The following day he said that they received the carpet from Home Depot and need to get it on their calendar. That was a week ago. Many phone calls today back and forth and at this point, we just want to pick up the carpet and install it ourselves. > > Our home is being listed on the market and this is holding us up. > DON'T USE THEM! **Comment from HŌM Solutions, Inc.:** > We appreciate the feedback and we sincerely apologize for the negative experience. The microwave & refrigerator have their own outlets. **Q: what are the dimensions of this room?** *(in Photo Questions)* A: This basement is about 34'-6 x 17'-6 **Q: Transitional Kitchen Remodel in Littleton, Colorado** *(in Before & After)* We transformed this outdated kitchen with old cabinets and flooring into a transitional, functional kitchen space. We installed brand new cabinets, flooring and countertop. To give the space a fresh look we added brand new backsplash and replaced the old faucet, sink and appliances.
