I was supervising the renovation from out of state so it was very important that I had a team that I could trust. Valeria and Eduard were pleasures to work with, they were responsive, organized and detail oriented. They accommodated all my co-op rules, worked well with my building’s super and were respectful of my neighbors. They helped me maximize a very small kitchen and bathroom and the work came out more beautiful than I had even imagined. They also built a closet that fits so well in the room that it looks like it was always there. They did all this while working with and meeting an extremely aggressive time line.
