> In today’s world, getting a contractor to call you back, never mind showing up, is a challenge. Kerry with TaylorPro called me back within a few hours and was at my house, on time, in the same week. We discussed our kitchen aspirations, budget and how we use our kitchen. Kerry’s design input took our ideas from good to great and he returned the following week with an initial 3D design and a detailed itemized proposal. The design process was extremely thorough, and Kerry was patient my husband and my design differences. Don’t be fooled that living without a kitchen for a few months is easy, but Kerry kept the communication flowing so that we knew exactly what was happening. Our family spends more time in the kitchen now that it is open the family room and we get constant complements from our friends. We highly recommend TaylorPro!

> We did a full home remodel with TaylorPro Design and Remodeling in 2016. So, when we decided to remodel our kitchen in our new home, Kerry was the only call we made. Being a culinary enthusiast himself, he knows how to design a kitchen around the cook. Everything has a place and organization was masterfully done. Seeing the design in 3D allowed me to actually see what the design would look like before we moved forward. We absolutely love our new kitchen. Thank you TaylorPro!

> Okay, I have to admit I’m picky, type A, with a very detailed eye. Kerry with TaylorPro is the same in spades. It’s the last 5% of details that makes all the difference and we saw that in every step of the way with TaylorPro. During the design stage, Kerry used design software to show us how things would look down to the smallest detail. We were amazed how the 3D renderings looked so much like our finished kitchen in the end. The new layout, material selection and cabinetry design was exactly what I wanted. During construction Kerry managed the project himself. I really liked that because he was on it whenever there were questions. We love our new kitchen and would not hesitate to hire TaylorPro again!

> Our project involved adding square footage to our kitchen and living area and doing a full kitchen remodel. We have a 4 year old and 1 year old and being without a kitchen for several months was challenging, but Kerry made the experience as painless as possible and the end result is amazing. He met his proposed timeline and budget, which of course was one of our biggest fears. Kerry is very friendly and great to work with. His communication during the entire project was phenomenal. He also stayed relatively on track with his timeline of events, and I believe there were rarely any days that nothing was happening. The efficiency was excellent. He also has a stellar team - Jake especially! Jake has the best attitude towards everything and knows how to do almost anything. Manny, the cabinet guy was also wonderful. Jesse, tile guy also excellent. His designer, Tiffany, helped us with our kitchen layout and definitely saved me from making some big mistakes. We ran into a few hiccups that affected schedule and cost slightly as almost any project would, but Kerry helped us through them in a very professional manner. Anything that didn't turn out right, he would make sure and fix until it did. Example - the ceiling on the addition was not level to the rest of the house, but his team took the time to ensure it came out perfect. Their level of quality is top-notch. We highly recommend TaylorPro. Our family is absolutely loving our new space.

> Very excited about the results of your new space. Thank you so much for your business and referrals to others.

> There're many contractors out here that can complete a project in 95% perfection, but very few can achieve 100% perfection, and Kerry is the one! It is the last 5% that really makes a big difference in the end result. We're so fortunate to have Kerry as our contractor for our whole house remodeling project. He is the best! The result is fabulous and beyond our expectation! And most importantly, Kerry and his whole team made the whole process not only stress free, but rather exciting and enjoyable! We did pretty much everything we could to the house with Kerry, including removing a wall to expand kitchen area, full kitchen and four bathrooms remodeling, entryway redesign, adding a sliding patio door to our bedroom, and a spacious understairs storage space. We stayed in the house during the whole construction process. We were very impressed by how well organized and clean his people are, including the subcontractors he hires. Kerry and his people made sure the place is livable. They built a temporary wall covered in plastic as a dust barrier and uses a filtration system to remove the dust. It was never dusty and messy everyday coming back home from work. Everyone working with him is super professional and friendly. They really treat your home as if their own and your pets too. We have chinchillas at home and are very noise sensitive. Without us even asking, his people would move the cage to a quiet and dust free area every day before they start working. It was nice to meet friendly people every morning and see the progress every evening coming from home.
>
> Kerry uses the best people and highest quality materials. They really showed what craftsmanship is. Not only they pay attention to the details that everybody can see, they also take good care of things covered inside. For example, they inspect all lumpers for insects, mold, or rot before use, and they let me know if they found drywood termite droppings when they open a drywall. Since this is an old house, when there were pipes need to be replaced or any potential issue they see down the road, they let me know immediately. So I’m confident that our home is at the best hands and will be worry-free and enjoyable for many years to come.

> Kerry is a very professional and responsible project manager. He has good relationship with his subcontractors and communicates really well with the designer, the architectural engineer, and all his people and subcontractors on all details. If I have any questions or spot any imperfection, I know when I talk to Kerry, he will get it fixed no matter how small the spot is. For example, we notice our hardwood floor has a little bigger gap in one spot, which is really minor. When I told Kerry, he called the flooring people immediately, and they came back next day fixed it really well. In fact, he inspects the work very frequently and carefully, and often picks up issues and imperfections before us even noticing it. He checks all specs of the appliances and fixtures we selected, and really spent time to reassure the compatibility of everything. He did a lot of walk throughs and final punch list with us to make sure we’re happy with everything and all details in the end. He even helped us with our new steam shower troubleshooting and repair, which he could simply leave us with the company’s customer service number. Instead, he took care of all the communications with them and helped us fixed the problem. When Miele representative told us there’s no way to screw the oven in place, Kerry came in immediately and easily fixed the problem. Kerry is not the cheapest and it does take time to complete such a complicated project that involves dedicated planning, engineering designing, and detailing. But in the end, the money and time we spent is totally worth it!
>
> Kerry is not only a very responsible and professional project manager but himself is a very knowledgeable and engineer and a creative designer with great aesthetic judgment and knowledge of cutting-edge trends and technologies in home renovation. In my opinion, this is bonus you get working with Kerry. Other people tell me do not look at pinterest pictures, it's impossible to do something like that. Kerry is the one who sat down with me, discussing all the possibilities, options, pros and cons, challenges and solutions, what's cost effective what's not, and provided very invaluable suggestions on how to balance functionality and aesthetics. If I have a question on any design details, I know I can count on him. Kerry listens to all of my ideas which sometimes are crazy, does a lot research on what’s available in the market, and created a lot of innovative solutions using his expertise and ingenuity. We had a lot of architectural and plumbing challenges. Kerry always takes time explaining to us on everything and make sure we understand the issue. He provides us different options and comparing the limitations imposed by practicality, look and costs to help us make the best decision. I really enjoyed every conversation with him and learnt a lot from him.
>
> Kerry made our dream home become true. I would totally use Taylor Pro again for our future home remodeling projects. And if you are like me, a perfectionist and have very high standard in both artistic design and livability, I highly recommend Taylor Pro.

**★★★★★ — David Kaplan, Feb. 2020**

> Working with Kerry and his team was a great experience for us. His attention to detail, responsiveness and support of our needs was outstanding. Kerry listened to our requirements from the beginning offered solid suggestions throughout and pointed us to the quality components we wanted while keeping costs in mind. He made sure that our family was comfortable throughout the project was always checking in and keeping the project on track. His foreman Jake was competent and friendly and got along well with our dog. The specialty tradesman (subcontractors) all did good work and no one was at the house that wasn't expected. Having gone through a stressful project with a larger company I was very unmotivated to start a new project. Kerry spoke my language (engineering) and put me at ease at the first meeting. He delivered everything he said he would without surprises or drama. I would use him again in a heartbeat.

**★★★★★ — Liezel Lucina, Feb. 2020**

> Overall, we are pleased with how our project turned out. The end results came out just as Kerry had depicted. There were a few hiccups along the road, but Kerry was quick to resolve those to stay on schedule for the most part. Our meetings with Kerry went pretty well with very little pressure felt on choosing the things we wanted. There were a couple of days where no work was done, and we were not sure what was going on, so we felt that the project probably could have been completed sooner. We went over our budget due to some unforeseen issues, but it was also more due to the decisions we made for options that costed more. In the end, it was all worth it, and we are happy.

**★★★★★ — Debora Levis, Jan. 2020**

> My husband and I had a great experience working with Kerry and his team for our home remodel. Kerry was everything you would want in a general contractor. He was timely, professional, organized, detail-oriented, knowledgeable, and responsive. He set expectations and was available to us . He works with a great team. I was comfortable every step of the way. There was no "down" time. I have no problem recommending Kerry and his team to my friends and clients.

> At the very first meeting with Kerry and his designer, Tiffany, I knew our project was in great hands. From start to finish they were both so fun and easy to work with. I loved that we could see what our new kitchen would look like using Kerry’s 3D software. Tiffany was invaluable when selecting materials, we would never have picked the door colour or backsplash tiles etc. without her help. During the project Kerry was calm, professional and really a joy to have around. Kerry was fabulous about letting me know who would be on site and when - which is so important when having a remodel and juggling general family life. Every person who helped bring our kitchen to life was fantastic and a pleasure to have in our home. We have completed a few modernisations over the years and I can honestly say that Kerry and his team are top notch, they go the extra mile and Kerry’s attention to detail is outstanding. I recommend TaylorPro to everyone I know and if you are thinking of hiring Kerry and would like to see his work first hand, I am very happy to show off our brand new kitchen any time! To all at Taylor Pro and White Design, thank you. Our elegant kitchen is a dream come true.

**Comment from TaylorPro Design and Remodeling, Inc.:**

> Super glad to have clients like you. Keep it fun and all goes better. Thank you so much for letting TaylorPro make your "new" house a "newer" amazing house!

**★★★★★ — Dave Wright, March 2019**

> Kerry from TaylorPro did a number of different updates to our home - including light bathroom refreshes and replacement flooring, but the main project was a complete kitchen modernisation and the creation of an office space.
>
> The standard of work and attention to detail was second to none. The project went slightly over time but that was because we increased the scope and added some additional things. The contractors were onsite on time and Kerry kept us informed whenever someone was going to be at the house. Everything was always left clean and in order.
>
> As well as actually dealing with the construction, Kerry was also active in the design part of the process, suggesting changes and alterations along the way. They also provided full visualisation of the work that would be done by creating drawings.
>
> I would happily recommend TaylorPro to anyone looking for high end, design led construction

**Comment from TaylorPro Design and Remodeling, Inc.:**

> Dave, working with you and Vicki was a pleasure and I say that with sincere certainty. I appreciate the effort you took to work as a team as a united front. This subtle, but important relationship step you took is often missed by many clients. The end result was fantastically amazing! Thank you again and we look forward your next project!

**★★★★★ — Kim Baranek, Jan. 2019**

> TaylorPro just finished our major kitchen remodel and I cannot speak more highly of Kerry's professionalism, communication style, project management skills, design sense and scope/budget consciousness. We started the demo for our project in late October and they were able to finish the bulk of the work before Christmas as I requested. He sat down with us early and listened to our design ideas. He pulled all of them together in a 3D computer model so we could visualize the changes (which included removing a wall and changing a window to a door outside) before getting started. He offered advice when we asked since we had never been through a major remodel before we needed guidance. Each of the specialists he hired showed up on time, worked diligently, cleaned up after themselves and communicated with Kerry if any issues arose. Kerry's designer, Tiffany, was great to bounce ideas off of about materials and met us at the slab yard/tile store to help us hone down our design choices. Before making our final selection, we asked for her input and she gladly accommodated us. She even came out to help select paint colors. Both Kerry and Tiffany where extremely easy to work with and communicated well throughout the process. We are so pleased with the outcome and the fact that, despite some scope changes that could not have been known at the outset, Kerry managed to manage the project to within 0.05% of the cost estimate.
> We appreciated the updates, the advance scheduling, the regular communication, the personal service and the quality of specialists and would recommend them to anyone who wants help with a major remodel of their home.

**Comment from TaylorPro Design and Remodeling, Inc.:**

> What a great review. Thank you Baraneks! We really enjoyed working with you, and especially our furry helper, Finlay. The key to a successful remodel is having a solid relationship with our clients. We established a great working connection right from the start and it made the journey easy. It's hard to disable the heart of the home for 2 months and still enjoy the process. We commend you for your patience and we hope the results was worth the sacrifice!

**Q: Does water spray out into the bathroom?** *(in Photo Questions)*

We would love to configure our shower the same way, no shower curtain or door. But in this smaller space does the water overspray outside the shower?

A: The size of the shower, shower head location and entry opening are all factors in whether or not you will get water outside the shower. This shower has very little water that gets out. If you would like to discuss your remodel, please call me at 858-354-5296. Thank you. Kerry Taylor, TaylorPro
