He was very friendly, customer focused, and enthusiastic about the job itself. From our first meeting to the final completion of the job, he was a joy to work with and made things very easy on me. The beginning of the scheduled job ended up corresponding with a time that I had to be out of town for a few days so I had to leave Mike with a key to my house because I had no one else who could be there during those first few days. While I was gone, he was very considerate and conscientious of my property and communicated regularly with updates. He even helped find a plumber for me when it was discovered that some of the plumbing needed to be brought up to code before he could finish setting the tile. He was great to work with from beginning to end and the quality of his work is really impeccable. As the project progressed, he explained to and showed me the different steps he was taking to do this job right so that it will last. Plus, I love my remodeled bathroom!
