> Hart Construction built our dream retirement home in Colorado.  Bob Hart is very knowledgeable about building in Colorado and does extremely good work.  Bob embraces using the latest building products and works with the client to find the best low maintenance long term products.  Bob helped us with our lot selection and did a wonderful job in the placement of the house to maximize views and minimize site preparation costs.  Hart Construction’s employees have a strong work ethic.  We even received compliments on the dirt work done by Bob’s crew.  Bob worked with us to stay on budget and we came very very close.  Our job supervisor, Joe, went above and beyond to give us our best experience.  The quality of work done by both the Hart employees and the subcontractors was of the highest quality.  When the arch in our great room proved to be difficult, Bob and Joe personally cut and constructed a new arch which turned out to be terrific.  We love our new home.  Thank you Hart Construction

Bob, Brad and Joe Perdee worked successfully through a tedious permitting process ( due to river frontage) and created a beautiful house with the highest quality.

> We were basically homeless when we contacted Bob because our home had burned to the ground.  He helped us with plans, estimates, ideas....everything necessary.  When the log cabin kit arrived his team went to work.  We were so pleased with the crew...talents, work ethic and willingness to listen to us.  They finished about 6 weeks earlier than original estimated time, (our neighbors all marveled at the crews diligence) it was under budget and we had very few problems after we moved in and those were always taken care of within a few days.  Building up in Creede could have presented a lot of problems but they handled the distance with no problems.  We love our house and highly recommend the company and all its employees.

> This is the fifth custom home that we have built from scratch. That is from dirt to finish. After we moved into each home there was always a punch list of many things that needed attention from the builder. This was normal and it is expected. With Hart Construction there was a difference. After three years in our home there was only one thing. The garage door opener needed to be adjusted. That’s it. That is not by coincidence or by luck or by chance. It was because of the attention to detail that Hart Construction provided. It started with Bob Hart and trickled down to everyone that was involved in the project. The Hart employees and the sub contractors all genuinely built it as if it was their own. It was unbelievable.
