Tim did carpentry work (and some concrete work as well if I recall) for my Austin homebuilding company at the time. His skills and building knowledge went beyond his carpentry talent and over the years built a construction company that has obviously stood the test of time. After many years our paths crossed again in Georgetown, Texas. We've been working together again since about 1997, when I started my architectural firm. We've collaborated primarily on residential remodels (some whole house) and additions, but Tim does new builds as well. He has a great reputation, is well-liked, easy to work with, and does quality work at fair at competitive pricing. Would you please tell me the maker & the door design name of the cabinets? Thank you, A: The cabinets are custom cabinets made by a local cabinet shop. JB Murphy Company. www.jbmurphycabinets.com They are solid wood cabinets, the doors are a modified flat panel doors with applied moulding. The white finish is lacquer paint, which when done properly produces a smooth, hard, durable finish. We also installed the granite countertops, the custom tile backsplash, the recessed vent hood insert, the ceramic glass cooktop, and custom crown moulding. **Q: What color is the walls** *(in Photo Questions)* I have biscuit tiles and want some contrast and something that will make the room "warm".
