Sam renovated the kitchen for us and the job was on time (really a bit ahead of schedule) and on budget.  Change orders and requests for additional work during the project were met with a smile.  Sam had good ideas that fit our plan.  He prepared drawings for our consideration and approval.  Sam always kept appointments and, if he was delayed in traffic, he let us know.  He was happy to provide some maintenance information about a year after the project was completed.  All in all, a great experience.
