Jeff is extremely knowledgeable, in fact he helped me lay out my butler's pantry completely differently than I imagined it......two years later I couldn't imagine having any other way than Jeff's design. Our home is over 100 years old, which means it comes with constant maintenance - much of which we are unaware of..... Jeff has worked with us to identify issues, quote us prices and advise us a recommended timeline to fix the issues. I appreciate that Jeff understands we have a budget we are working with and he always comes in right on target. I also appreciate that Jeff understands and is extremely empathetic to the range of emotions I experience when going through any home remodel/repair.....I fret constantly that I am investing so much money and am scared it will cost more than quoted or that I won't be happy with the outcome.....Jeff is sympathetic and works to make me, the customer happy. Home remodel generally sucks to have to live through, especially with two young children, Jeff's workers are absolutely fantastic around my children, never a swear word or inappropriate behavior. They were also very accommodating of our schedules and routines, as to keep life as normal as possible while the kitchen was completely torn apart. **Q: What type and color are the wood floors** *(in Photo Questions)*

Was wondering if the flooring is laminate, vinyl plank or hard wood?  And child you tell me the color and if your customers have been happy with it. Does it clean easily does it stretch or dent to easily etc... thank you,

A: This is CoreTec HD Premium Engineered LVT Plank flooring. The color is Odessa Grey. The customers love it. It was placed all throughout the home, and 100% waterproof.

Could you tell me what floor this is? It's beautiful!

A: This is COREtec Plus HD Luxury Vinyl plank flooring. 100% waterproof, cork underlayment, glueless. The color is Odessa Grey Driftwood. Its much prettier than even the picture shows!
