My Real Estate agent hired SUNVEK for a pre-buy home inspection based on past experiance. Since moving in I replaced the underlayment over a small front section. We knew the roof was at end of life but wanted to limp along for another year. Eric Skoog came out several times to answer many questions and go through options with me. Just recently we used a finance option that Eric has availalble and completed the underlayment for the remaining roof area. I'm very happy with the work comleted, price, and timeframe needed.
