**★★★★★ — Leslie, July 2015**

> I contacted David wanting a deck that my husband had designed. He was quick to get a quote to me, as well as to tell me what would work and what could be improved in the design to make the best use of our space and desires. Once we gave David the go ahead on the project, he quickly had a team over that worked hard and quickly on our new deck. The guys he had on the project were very nice and respectful... Any of our requests were taken care of, so that we got exactly what we wanted. We love our new deck and have received many compliments on the workmanship. David did a great job and I would highly recommend him!

**★★ — Heather Digby, May 2015**

> We initially contracted David Green to build our house and had made it clear we were working with an insurance company as the house had burned down. It all seemed like it would work out and he said he had worked with insurance companies before, until it was time to start. He wanted us to just refinance the house instead of jumping through insurance hoops and that just wasn't a choice. I wish he had been more upfront with his level of experience dealing with insurance companies.

**Comment from David Green Construction:**

> The reason I suggested the possibility of refinancing the home was they did not have the money to finish the job. She wanted to take out a 2nd after completion and let everyone wait to be paid. I am experienced working with insurance companies. She was making every effort to get twice as big of a home as the one that burned down for the settlement offer. I was concerned about the possible legal issues that could follow. I shared that with the client and walked away.
