After calling multiple painters and not getting a response, or being told that they were booked out for up to 4 months, I was referred to Simply Sold by my realtor. The Simply Sold team were amazing to work with and took complete control of procuring and managing the vendors.

> This company helped us renovate our house so that we could put it on the market.  We had bought a house that had many different styles and too much ornamentation and wanted to tone it all down.  They brought in a designer to help us with colors and hired, managed and supervised their contractors to get the job done on budget and on time. They were super-responsive, answering calls, texts or emails quickly and were on site just about every day of our project.  Our only disappointment was the product selected for the floors, it has not stood up to our busy lifestyle with kids and dogs.

> I hired Simply sold to do a makeover on my 1982 home just before we put it on the market.  I was referred to Simply Sold by my realtor.  Ashley came out for the consult and I was immediately impressed with her professionalism and knowledge on/of the industry.  After we agreed on the project Ashley personally brought out the PM and a lead from each subcontractor team she had planned on using, to make sure everyone was on the exact same page.  I don't know how she manages to wrangle all those people but she does and it was a fantastic experience.  The PM was great and came out every day to check the status of the project.  Of course, as with any remodeling, we came across hiccups but I believe it's the way in which those hiccups are handled that sets a company apart.  Ashley and my PM made sure every issue that came up was promptly taken care of.  At the end of the project Ashley came back out to ensure I was satisfied and that all the work had been completed according to our initial discussions.  I highly recommend Simply Sold to anyone getting ready to put their house up on the market.  They specialize in this and do a fantastic job!
