> Would give 0 starts if I could. Do not buy a home from this builder. Within the first 1.5-3 years of living in our new build, we had issues with almost  ALL major appliances including our HVAC, oven and dishwasher and major plumbing issues. Several technicians over the years have told us what poor plumbing and HVAC work the builder has done. We've spent so much money before our 3rd anniversary fixing major issues like leaks and replacing major appliances, including the HVAC. Its been a nightmare. BUYER BEWARE.

**Q: Kitchen countertop** *(in Photo Questions)*

I love your Quartz countertop. What is the manufacturer and color, please.

A: It's called Victoria Santa Margherita

**Q: Can you tell me the paint colors and stain used on this house?** *(in Photo Questions)*

Also, would love to know the stone that was used...

A: We used Badger stucco (\#3108) from the Senergy colors.  The wood is Beatle kill with a Sikkens stain: Natural Cetol SRD Exterior Wood Finish.  We painted all the fascia and gutters black.  The stone is from Sunset Stone and we used a ledgestone in Pinos Creek.

What are the dimensions of both walls?  Also what size island is this?

A: The fridge wall is 16'-5" and the microwave wall is 13'-6 1/2".  The Island is 7'-2" inside the quartz.  If you email me at mike@magbuilders.com, I can send you the layout.

**Q: Wood** *(in Photo Questions)*

Which wood is used

A: We use a wood called Beetle Kill or Blue board. It's a pine in Colorado that has been killed by a beetle. The blueish vanning in the wood is caused by the beetle eating it's insides which give it that unique colouring.  Make sure to use the natural stain we used to keep that unique look it gives! You won't be disappointed be it's beauty as well as the price!!
