> Clay was the contractor in my 1st new home construction. He won me at the initial meeting to go over his bid, and he explained every charge, including options that accounted for structural strength, budget, material quality, long term outlook, energy savings & my own personal vision for the home's character & style. His attention to detail is most admirable, since I'm very picky, and he even kept the job site clean. He communicated daily & has been overall a blessing in a daunting task of building a home as a single, working female!
