> The sales people were very knowledgable and nice to deal with. The customer service was a little slow in returning calls for issues that came up. The worst part was the install. Many parts were cut to the wrong size, some were recut and replaced, and some were installed poorly and didn't line up. Backsplashes are supposed to be square to each other and the countertop, and be at the same height where they meet- but not in this case, apparently. It seems no one in the cut shop or the install crew cares about quality and customer satisfaction. They don't understand this affects the future business of the company. Someone in management is not stressing these issues and not training the employees properly. I really don't know how they employees are treated.. this makes a huge difference. I also know good help is hard to find. What ever happened to the saying "Autograph your work with excellence" ?
> When it takes four trips over two months to install and correct mistakes (not all have been corrected and I had to point out and explain how to fix them before they were properly installed), there is a problem. That even sounds crazy to me, and I 'm living it.
> This company doesn't realize that when someone spends $10000, they expect a little something in return. You can't even buy quality and caring at BAGM. I don't think that this is too much to ask for.
> My advice is to try somewhere else. I'm am really disappointed, it is a beautiful product, but not my money's worth.

> When we started to consider a kitchen remodel (also powder room and mud room), BAGM was not in our thoughts as they are newer to the Oshkosh area.  At the suggestion of our designer, we had them bid our granite.  Our kitchen alone was four slabs, so this was a pretty big project.  Their pricing was very competitive, however, their reviews are what won us over.  Any company can sell granite, but the install and overall experience are what makes (or breaks) a company.
> Robin in the Appleton office was our first contact.  She was very helpful when looking at granite, even though we had not yet committed to BAGM.  Their selection was very good, and we committed before we left.  The communication throughout the process was outstanding.  We traveled to their main showroom to see our slabs, and this was a pleasing process.  We made slight changes to the layout, and they we very accommodating to my requests.
> On installation day, Eric, David and Paul were spectacular.  They were respectful of our home, very competent on the install, and quelled any concern which I had.  The install lasted much longer than originally anticipated, and they rolled with it and simply took their time to ensure everything was installed correctly.
