In mid 2016 I wanted to sell our 15 year old rental house and I knew that in order to get the best possible price when selling in Calgary that we needed to spruce things up. Savvy was my first and only call as I knew these ladies would do a great job, and they did! We had an unusual layout and limited funds to spend and the transformation was amazing. Deanna had such great ideas for small changes that made a big impact and her overall vision for the house was fantastic from flooring and tile choices to wall colour and finishing touches.. Dana was amazing at transforming what we had from looking dated to looking brand new as well as fixing all the little broken things along the way and managing all the working components of the project! The Savvy team was hard working, precise, timely, thoughtful in their decisions, talented, and very trustworthy. It was such a huge relief to be able to give them an idea of what we needed and our budget and to let them take care of the rest. We did not live near the house during the renovation and it was amazing to be able to trust 100% that Savvy was managing and executing the project without me being there. I did stop by maybe once a week, not because I felt I needed to, but just to see how the transformation was going. Being able to leave the project management in the hands of the Savvy team was one of my favorite parts of the renovation! Everyone in our extended family marveled at how fantastic the renovation was and the quality of the work was second to none. Our realtor told us all the work done was right on point for increasing our sale price and that the staging was spot on.
