## Community Q&A

**Q: improvement in colour?** *(in Product Questions)*

is it still a greige and black? I need off white an black like the pic

A: The color has not changed. The white stripes are off white with gray undertones that come through.

**Q: please keep the price $39.99** *(in Product Questions)*

I have been trying to put these in my cart for the last hour. The drapes are listed at $39.99 per pair. I would expect when you fix your problem you will keep the price the same. I would like my question that I previously sent Answered with fairness and the same price.

A: Hello. Please contact Houzz customer service directly. They will likely not see these messages, but you can email or call them for a helpful response. We'd love to help, but we have no control over the pricing set by Houzz.com or how their website works.

**Q: how do I purchase these?** *(in Product Questions)*

I need four pair of these panels. So I click on quantity (4) And your website gives me no option to add them to my cart, even though it does not stipulate that they are out of stock. Please tend to this matter. Really frustrating.

A: Please contact Houzz customer service directly if the website is not working properly for you. They may have a glitch with their website.

**Q: Are the quilt and shams etc machine washable?** *(in Product Questions)*

A: Yes, everything but the decorative pillows, which should be spot cleaned only.

**Q: I’m confused about the size.** *(in Product Questions)*

Usually the 2nd number is length is length. This curtain shows a 95x52. Is that a 95 long. Other curtains I saw the numbers flopping around. Lacking consistency; so I’m afraid to assume. Thanks for info. I need 95”.

A: Each panel is 52 inches wide and is available in 84 inches or 95 inches length options. Sorry for the confusion!

**Q: how to resize the valence for smaller window?** *(in Product Questions)*

I have a 52 inch window and one about 43 inches wide . How do I make the 52 inch valence smaller in width? Would it look odd along with the full width window?

A: You'd have to know a good seamstress who can alter the valance for you, as we do not make custom sizes. However, if you position the rod above the window and center it properly, the valance may not look bad over your smaller window.
