> Service man came quite late.  However once he arrived he was efficient and did a great job. He came to restring a shade that had a broken string.

> Not great selection.
> Had to go back twice because measurements were not there when suppose to be. No one called to see if installation went well, which it didn't!
> Very hard to turn the wands, don't think they were installed properly.
> Also never got the $200 incentive offered for hunter Douglas !
