> Sever Homes made our dreams come true. We embarked on a full gut and renovation of a 100 year old High Park house that had never been updated. We immediately felt that we were in the best hands with John during our first walkthrough; John let us know not only what we wanted was possible (completing an open concept of the entire main floor) but also gave his input and ideas that elevated the project to a whole new level. His dedication, perfectionism and attention to detail led to the completion of our dream home. We were very impressed with the Sever Homes' team with regards to their talent within their trades as well as their professionalism and camaraderie. Ivonne Sever was unbelievably pivotal in getting all required permits aligned so that we could begin construction as soon as possible.
