> I purchased a granite countertop from Brook’s Flooring in Latonia KY. They said they purchased from Stone Mart and passed the buck. Both of them showed up at my house and said it was a natural crack. Stone mart didn’t even get close enough to look at it before they said it was natural. I have a letter from both claiming it’s natural. They think I can’t tell it has been epoxied. Neither Stone Mart or Brooks will back their work and will sell you garbage if you purchase from them. I order my counter top at Brook’s  and received a damaged one. and they are supporting each other and don’t care they cheated the consumer. Does it look natural that you or do you see where they tried to fix it with epoxy?
