Our basement renovation was completed in such a timely manner. Troy and his team worked within our tight time frame to ensure the project was done by the date promised. We were able to enjoy our gorgeous finished basement, complete with an extra full bathroom in time for the holidays. It has greatly improved our home living space and enhanced the areas of our home we can enjoy. Throughout the process, there were a couple of changes that came up and Brookside Builders was always willing to do whatever we requested in order to make the project exactly what we wanted. Although any project brings dust and dirt, the Brookside team always made sure the job site was clean. We recently had a housewarming party and guests couldn't say enough good things regarding the appearance of our project -They were so impressed. Troy Weaver from Brookside came to our home and offered great ideas as well as listened intently on what our family needs were in our space. We wanted the wall between our kitchen and dining room taken down and also a cut-out in another wall that would create an open concept. Troy suggested we rent a Pod for the time to store all of our furniture, which cleared everything out for the project to begin. He provided us with a calendar that laid out everything that was happening day to day for 6 weeks. It was truly on spot. Troy handled everything. My husband and I had the fun job of selecting our new appliances, flooring, granite, lighting, doors, trim, and cabinetry. Our kitchen turned out amazing and is so much more functional. We will be calling Brookside again for future projects. They are nice people, stayed on track with a time frame, handled everything professionally, and made sure that every detail was covered and cleaned up on a daily basis. We decided to double the size of our house while living in the existing portion as the build took place. Troy and Cindy coordinated and communicated with us during the entire project. It was incredible to see the pieces come together. Everyone on the crew kept things cleaned-up and orderly during the build. The quality of the materials used was top shelf!! Troy was open to change orders as we had a few and always had great confidence that they could do the work. The fit and finish inside and out is amazing.
