> Our family had a fantastic experience working with Bay Vista Development and principals Don, Brian, and Mark on the significant restoration / remodeling of our exterior balcony at our home in Blackhawk CA during the period of September 2017 through August 2018. Following our observation of excessive efflorescence at our outdoor balcony and supporting pillars, we immediately engaged Bay Vista who identified that due to the torrential rains of the season as well as initial construction defects, our balcony and external supporting structures would need to be replaced. From September 2017 onwards, Bay Vista expertly completed the remediation & reconstruction process, providing us timely updates and precise invoices along the way. Moreover, their team went above and beyond through suggestions of additional implementations which would safeguard our balcony for years & seasons to come. We have been extremely pleased with the resulting structure which has already stood up masterfully with the recent downpours in California. We are thrilled with Bay Vista’s work and would recommend their services without hesitation.

I really love these wall arts but can't find them anywhere online.

A: The art came from the team that staged the home. However, I've seen similar pieces at Serena & Lily. Hope this helps!

**Q: what is the wire grid panel beneath the deck railing called?** *(in Photo Questions)*

Lovely deck! Who is the supplier of that wire grid and how is it installed? Is it an easier installation than horizontal cable rail? Many thanks for any info...Margot

A: Hi Margot,

I can't recall the specific brand, but the wire is called hog wire and should be available from most lumber yards or building material suppliers. Both the hog wire and cable rail are both fairly straightforward to install. We decided to use hog wire mainly because we liked the style and thought that it complimented the modern farmhouse exterior.
