> Adam helped me update outdated plans. He was easily reachable by phone and completed the plans very quickly. The plans were approved by the county on the first submittal. Overall an easy and hassle free experience.

> We are a design build construction company located in Carmel, CA. We have worked with AR2 on multiple projects.
> Adam is very thorough and easy to work with. He works with the client to eliminate unnecessary structural elements, greatly reducing construction costs.
> We will continue to use Adam as our structural engineer and are happy to recommend AR2 to anyone.

> Adam did a great job initially and was available on short notice, but after we had paid $2000 into our plans he just disappeared. We texted, called and emailed but he was just gone. We couldn't submit our permit application to the City without him. We have to start over with a new architect/engineer and that's going to cost us money to get him up to speed. No idea what is going on here but working with someone with a physical office with a long standing practice seems the wiser choice.

**Comment from AR2 Structural Engineering:**

> As a small business, we get busy from time to time. In the case of Ms. Kime, I worked very closely with her to get her drawings in a timely manner. I went above and beyond by providing contractor references, additional site visits and information free of charge. Once I provided the drawings as described in our contract, she realized that the project was no longer feasible. She finally provided me a redesign on June 5. It took me several weeks to respond as I was extremely busy and had not budgeted the time for an entire redesign. Once I responded, I was greeted with a negative email and subsequent negative reviews online. Now she wont even answer my calls. I had every intention on completing her project, but during a very busy time, could have never expected this. I wish Karmin the best of luck on her project.

**★ — Pacific Coast Cabins, July 2017**

> Lack of professionalism by an engineer can be costly. Our phone and email messages to AR2 regarding an expired stamp received no response for weeks causing a domino effect of delays and costs for our project.

**Comment from AR2 Structural Engineering:**

> I'm sorry to hear about your project, but let me set the record straight. Philip contacted me to provide stamped drawings for a project that I previously completed for him, only this time at a different address. Well come to find out, he had already submitted these plans to the city (with my stamp on them), essentially forging my stamp. The project would have likely been approved as well had this copy of my stamp not been expired. This was an illegal act. You cannot knowingly use someone's license to submit a project without their approval. However, in the interest of the project, I provided the approval he needed. He thanked me and we went our separate ways.

> I essentially let it slide. I chalked it up to his inexperience obtaining permits. Until I read his poor review of me. We'll, I can't think of many things less professional than plagiarism.

> Adam Rendon gave me a timeline and he stuck to it. I really appreciated his timeliness! His use of technology made the contract and payment process efficient. I would recommend and use him again!

**★★★★★ — Al Flores, May 2017**

> Adam was a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend using him for your engineering needs. He was very quick at responding to questions or requests for edits. Very professional and capable of getting the job done.

> Load bearing not load bearing? DYI or contract out? AR2 Structural Engineering helped us answer these questions quickly. Adam arrived on time and ready to survey. After a comprehensive inspection, the wall was determined to be load bearing. This was a minor set back as the remedy would need to accomplished before our kitchen cabinets arrived. Adam produced the necessary detailed drawing quickly and at a reasonable rate. I would highly recommend AR2 to be apart of anyone's DIY project. He is fair, his inspection is thorough and his drawings delivered in a timely manner. We will be calling Adam again when it will be time for our basement build out project.
