Corban Construction is a second generation family owned and operated business. It was founded in 1987 upon the principles of God and family and continues to operate under those values.

We are a state certified building contractor and have been providing services for the central Florida area since 1987. More specifically, we have been serving the Villages since 1991.

Our range of work has been from the smallest job; door replacement, to the largest job; construction of an 18,000 square foot commercial building. Every job we undertake, whether large or small, we endeavor to service each one with equality.

We offer complete design/build services. We take a client's initial vision and then expand those ideas, and proceed to develop them into a full set of drawings, ready for permitting.

> I contacted Paul Corban to visit my house and give me a price on a 20' by 20' room addition to my house in the Villages.  Paul was very clear on everything that they would do and gave a competitive price.  They delivered everything he promised and did so faster than he promised.  Paul and Cyndi took care of all the paperwork, the permits and the architectural drawings and gave us a finished product faster than he promised.  My company builds hotels across the country so I know what it takes to get a project finished.  I would highly recommend Paul, and his project manager Adam, for any construction needs at your home.  They are clean, efficient and trustworthy.  A lot of times, we were not at home when his crews came to work.  We gave them full access to the house and they took care of it as if it was theirs.  If you would like to speak with me directly, Paul can certainly give you my number.  Great Company!
