The sink was sent to the billing address instead of the shipping address (we just purchased a house so wanted the sink installed at the new house). Since the sink is quite large, it did not fit into our car and had to rent a truck to transport the sink. The company said they would refund me for the rental truck BUT it took over a month. I would have to send reminder emails which they would respond with "you should be receiving an email tomorrow about the refund" but that never happened. I finally got a refund after threatening to contact a lawyer so apparently that immediately got their attention. They did NOT refund me the whole amount the rental company charged me so that's cool... additionally, they forgot to send the supports with the sink. > > After having the sink installed, somehow one of the grids disappeared between the installers/contractors we had coming in and out of the house. Since I could not prove who took/lost the grid, I had to foot the bill for a new one. With all the crazy of packing, remodeling, moving, and unpacking, I ordered the grid with a side hole and not a centered sink hole. I went onto the company website to read through the return policies - I was good to return so I notified the company and they sent me a packing slip/label. I took the package to the post office who prepared the label from the one I received from Annie & Oak. They gave me a receipt and I was on my way, I checked the tracking a couple days later and realized the package was en route to Canada. I thought this was unusual but remember reading about a Canadian address in the "return policies" section on the company website so I double-checked the form sent to me and realized the postal service put the wrong shipping address. There are two addresses close together on the form the company sends you, which is terribly confusing. I contacted the company who told me no one in their company is at that address so no one can receive the package. I google mapped the Canadian address to find a corner in a residential area, not sure how this address could have ever been used for a company so now I feel like there is something sketchy going on. They told me to file a claim with the postal service meaning they have no plans at all to help an already disgruntled customer who made a mistake because their website return policy is incorrect and their return slip is not clear. So now I have paid an additional $160 and have nothing to show for it (the grid was $80 + $80 shipping) so I went ahead and purchased a grid from another company that is actually way better quality for less than $80. > > My only suggestion is to buy somewhere else and save yourself from a company who does not care at all about customer service or even making things right when they make a mistake. **★★★★★ — HU-670579315, July 2021** > I recently ordered a sink from Annie & Oak and the experience was awesome. They shipped it quickly and the packaging was solid. However, there was a cracked seam on the bottom that had been puttied over. We're assuming this happened at time of manufacture, but who knows. Our contractor has doubts as to the integrity of the sink, especially once the stone counters are installed so we have been requesting a replacement or a refund. It's been nearly two weeks and nothing has happened. > > The staff has been very slow about replying to emails. They have not returned my call when I left a short, friendly message. I've never experienced such polite run around before. Yes, they are polite, but the words mean nothing and promises nothing and nothing has happened. Our whole kitchen reno is held up because of these guys. So much for their 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. > > Do not recommend. So disappointed. We may revise this review upon resolution.
