  - Description: This 1929 home has had several renovations in its lifetime. Most recent was in 1971 when new white cabinets were used to replace the original in the small kitchen area. At the same time, the family room was added over the garages, and the original servant entrance foyer was changed into a mirror clad wet bar.   - Description: Client wanted to revise an unused laundry room and coal bin in a stone basement into a wine storage and tasting area. Size limitations were addressed by a combination of horizontal wine display racks and rail type mass storage racks. Stone details were added for the arch and backsplash for an old world effect. Detail areas were created to highlight memorabilia and a built in bottle topper. Room was capped with suspended tin ceiling with LED lighting.
